One-line verdict. Three channels (operator algebras / modular theory / bicentralizers; cosmology + tabletop-QG external clocks; dossier-echo + AQFT/NCG scan), window 2026-07-02 → 2026-07-07, every gate-relevance claim adversarially graded and every citation verified live: zero referee-surviving strong findings; no clock moved. The verdict, the principal hedge (HYP-CKV-VACUITY-R7), the residual {n₁, (E_O)}, and the FIVE-route count are untouched. [INFERENCE, high]


1. Scope and method

The standing watch obligation (ROADMAP.md watch-mode: clock (1) = the carrier / net-naturality / bicentralizer / GMA / (E_O) mathematics, items (α)–(ε); clock (2) = the 2027 DESI w(z) verdict), executed as a dated sweep for the window since sweep #1 closed (2026-07-02). Three parallel channels scanned in-window postings only; every finding claiming gate-relevance was adversarially graded (citation re-verified live; smuggle audit against n₁/η; encoding-screen audit for observables; default posture = downgrade). A finding survives to strong only if it (a) proves or refutes the net-naturality conjecture / (E_O), (b) settles Connes bicentralizer triviality transferably to expectation-free physics-net inclusions, or (c) exhibits a class-separating (reverse-Weinberg–Witten) observable. Result: 0 strong, 1 weak, rest none.

2. Clock (1) — operator algebras / modular theory / bicentralizers: STATIC

The arXiv math.OA and math-ph 2026-07 monthly listings contained zero in-window postings on bicentralizers, ergodic states on III₁, state centralizers, double-cone / local modular theory, or the relative T-invariant. No 2607.xxxxx by Marrakchi, Houdayer, Vaes, Ando, Goldbring, Isono, or Tomatsu on the watch topics. All of (α)–(ε) STATIC.

Notable out-of-window item (flagged, does NOT count this sweep): Marrakchi, Ergodicity of the bicentralizer flow and Kadison's problem, arXiv:2606.23636 (v1 2026-06-22) — proves the relative bicentralizer flow of a type III₁ irreducible subfactor with expectation is always ergodic (resolving Kadison's 1967 MASA problem). Dated ~10 days before this window opens (and before iteration 16); it fell inside sweep-#1's horizon (to 2026-07-02) but was surfaced only now. Its (E_O) relevance is bounded by the "with expectation" hypothesis — the physics-net double-cone gate is expectation-free (no normal conditional expectation onto M(O) in general), so a with-expectation ergodicity theorem does not transfer to (E_O) as stated; it bears on (β)/(γ) as necessary-not-sufficient machinery. Together with the standing five-lens (E_O) assault, it is the clock-(1)-δ context for iteration 17.

Horizon-hygiene lesson: a genuinely in-horizon OA posting (2606.23636) was late-indexed and missed by sweep #1. Future sweeps should re-scan the immediately preceding ~2 weeks to catch late-indexed math.OA/math-ph postings.

3. Clock (2) — cosmology + tabletop-QG external clocks: procedural only

  • Roman Space Telescope (NASA blog, 2026-07-06, live-verified): raised horizontal-to-vertical at KSC ahead of processing; launch NET 2026-08-30 on a Falcon Heavy — date unchanged from sweep #1. Prelaunch milestone, no science.
  • DESI (Berkeley Lab, 2026-07-03): the only in-window post is an outreach cosmic-web visualization, not a w(z) science result. The five-year analysis timeline (~2027) is unchanged; DESI is observing into 2028.
  • Euclid DR1: no new in-window announcement; the revised timeline (DR1-Foundation Nov 2026; full DR1 cosmology mid-2027) holds.
  • Tabletop-QG cores (Oppenheim CQ bounds; QGEM/BMV; GQuEST/Verlinde–Zurek; collapse models): no in-window dated movement.

None of these tests the wager; all test its target/cores. The 2027 DESI w(z) decision point holds as the nearest dated external event.

4. Echo of the posed problem + AQFT/NCG scan: dry

  • Dossier engagement: zero. github.com/HKTITAN/universal-physics — 0 issues / 0 stars / 0 forks / 0 watchers (live 2026-07-07). universal-physics.khe.money still displays Iteration 15 (2026-06-19) — confirming the book/site rebuild for iterations 16–17 remains pending. No independent external posing of the naturality-of-indefinite-pairings question, and no engagement with (E_O).
  • In-window AQFT/NCG postings (all dated 2026-07-02): arXiv:2607.01681 (fuzzy-torus spectral propinquity) and arXiv:2607.02450 (noncommutative Poisson boundaries) — gate-irrelevant (none). arXiv:2607.01873 (Lubkin–Page typicality bounds for Type II von Neumann factors) — graded weak: it engages the factor-type-dependence of emergent-spacetime typicality (adjacent terrain), but it is a Type II result and explicitly flags Type III as obstructed — i.e. it stops short of the massive-double-cone III₁ regime where (E_O) lives. Not strong; moves no clock.

5. What would have counted (the standing bar, restated)

A watch finding is strong only if it (a) proves/refutes the net-naturality conjecture or (E_O) (in particular: any resolution of the massive double-cone one-particle modular spectrum, item (δ)); (b) settles Connes bicentralizer triviality transferably to expectation-free inclusions; or (c) exhibits a class-separating observable. Nothing in the window does any of these. The verdict stands exactly as posed; the next scheduled clock is the 2027 DESI five-year w(z) analysis.
