Track D3 — Falsify Pillar 3 (terminal saturation) + fresh external-input check (iteration 14, maximal-assault mode)
Outcome: Job (a) FAILED-TO-FALSIFY (saturation holds); Job (b) NO-NEW-INPUT. Standing verdict survives its strongest assault on Pillar 3; this is the 13th consecutive confirmation. Carrier count stays FIVE; no registry movement; no new numeric ID consumed.
The inverse burden, taken seriously
I assumed Pillar 3 is WRONG and tried hardest to break it on both fronts. The strongest attack I could build, and why each prong collapses, is recorded under strongest_attack / survives_assessment. Summary:
(a) The missed-lever hunt — best shot was the non-Hermitian/Krein cMERA route. The most dangerous-looking new object is arXiv:2606.17983 (16 Jun 2026), which couples a genuinely indefinite (non-Hermitian, Krein-type) critical structure to an explicit Lorentzian dS output via a non-unitary cMERA — exactly the (indefinite carrier → Lorentzian signature) shape the carrier no-go is about, and a concrete realization the iter-12 abstract Krein closure predated. If the non-Hermitian critical algebra canonically carried an algebra-compatible, localized (n,n) pairing whose sign data were NOT installed, it would be the sixth, generative route — breaking saturation. It collapses: verified from the abstract, the construction starts from a pre-selected concrete non-Hermitian critical chain (criticality = installed input), the dS emerges only relative to that, and the entanglement coefficient is reproduced, not derived. It is a HYP-ENCODING-SCREEN instance — the iter-12 "Krein route = route-5 carrier problem in Krein vocabulary, not a sixth route" closure now has a worked example confirming it. Count stays FIVE.
No other reframing survived either: every candidate lever I generated reduces to (i) a headline-inert reasoning-decidable residual (OP-44 R2 higher-D coefficient; OP-49 a/b/c′), or (ii) the carrier problem / its faces (commutant-to-generated gap ⟺ reverse-WW witness ⟺ Connes-bicentralizer vocabulary), all external-math-gated. I could not honestly manufacture a decidable verdict-moving lever the audits missed.
(b) Fresh external-input check (the two watch clocks).
| Clock | Newest verified state (2026-06-19) | Moved the verdict? |
|---|---|---|
| Carrier / net-naturality / GMA | No net-naturality theorem. Only new carrier-adjacent paper post-iter-13 is arXiv:2606.17983 (encode-pattern). GMA circle = standing Euler-pair corpus (2603.26390) + Hong Liu review (2510.07017, encode-only). | NO |
| Connes bicentralizer | arXiv:2605.12776 (12 May 2026, v1) — reformulates, does not solve; OPEN in general; trivial bicentralizer is carrier-FRIENDLY (iter-11 binding). | NO |
| Reverse-WW | Unattempted/OPEN; only "GR from RG" (2602.11806), evade-not-invert. | NO |
| DESI five-year w(z) | NEW EVENT: DESI completed all planned observations April 2026 (ahead of schedule); first five-year results expected 2027; survey extended to 2028. | NO — clock advanced, not ticked; bears on TARGET not wager |
The one genuinely-new external event since the iter-13 framing is DESI's April-2026 survey completion — but it is survey-done, not the w(z) verdict, and it bears on the target (which de Sitter-like cosmology), never the wager. The one genuinely-new paper (2606.17983) is encode-pattern. So NO-NEW-INPUT in the verdict-moving sense; the watch-clocks have ticked toward, but not past, their decision points.
Honest meta-conclusion
The saturation diagnosis is not merely re-asserted; it was stress-tested against the freshest (post-iter-13, mid-2026) literature, including the most carrier-relevant new paper available, and it held. The two failure modes a dishonest break would take — (1) calling the non-Hermitian-criticality dS a "generative" carrier, or (2) calling DESI survey-completion "new input that moves the verdict" — are both blocked by web-verified facts (installed criticality; target-not-wager). Pillar 3 survives. No fabrication; no carrier closes; the extraordinary-claim gate does not fire.

Track D3 REFEREE — Defend Pillar 3 (terminal analytical saturation) against the iteration-14 maximal assault
Outcome: ATTACK-FAILS-VERDICT-HOLDS. The finder's two-pronged break-attempt against Pillar 3 collapses on both prongs, each blocked by a web-verified fact rather than by verdict-protective redefinition. The finder honestly reported FAILED-TO-FALSIFY (prong a) / NO-NEW-INPUT (prong b); I independently re-verified every load-bearing citation and concur. Standing verdict UNCHANGED — 13th consecutive confirmation. Carrier count FIVE. Hedge -R6 unmoved. No registry movement. No new numeric ID.
Stance and method
Default stance: the break FAILS unless it is a genuinely referee-survivable construction/argument. I read the binding state (CONCLUSION.md and its three hedges; HYPOTHESES.md H0/H2/H4 + the encoding screen; the iter-11 terminal-saturation audit; the iter-13 how-close calibration). I then web-verified every citation the finder tagged load-bearing, fetching primary arXiv abstracts for the two genuinely-new objects and all standing anchors, and I ran an independent literature sweep to test whether the finder UNDERSTATED the literature (i.e. missed a carrier/net-naturality/bicentralizer resolution that would move the verdict).
Prong (a) — the missed-lever hunt (non-Hermitian/Krein cMERA): FAILS
The strongest new object is arXiv:2606.17983 (Chou & Chang, 16 Jun 2026). I fetched the abstract and it confirms the finder's reading verbatim:
- built "for a concrete non-Hermitian critical fermion chain" → criticality is PRE-SELECTED installed input, not derived;
- "successfully reproduces the logarithmic scaling of non-unitary critical entanglement entropy" → reproduces, not derives from first principles;
- "non-unitary continuous multi-scale entanglement renormalization ansatz (cMERA)" confirmed; dS emerges from boundary entanglement relative to the installed criticality.
This is the decisive test the referee instructions name: does the attack install a symmetry/signature it claims to derive? Yes — the indefinite (Krein/non-Hermitian) data traces to the chosen critical point. Is the "missed lever" actually new and decidable, or a re-run of a closed one? It is a re-run of the iter-12 indefinite-metric/Krein closure ("the Krein route is the route-5 carrier problem in Krein vocabulary, not a sixth route"), now with a worked example confirming the abstract closure rather than breaking it. It co-classes emergent and installed exactly as HYP-ENCODING-SCREEN predicts. No carrier; no sixth route; count stays FIVE. The attack does not survive — it is the screen catching its freshest, most carrier-adjacent test case.
Prong (b) — the fresh external-input check: NO-NEW-INPUT
| Channel | Verified state (2026-06-19) | Moves verdict? |
|---|---|---|
| Non-Hermitian cMERA dS (2606.17983) | Encode-pattern (installed criticality; reproduced coefficient) | NO |
| Connes bicentralizer (2605.12776) | Reformulates (functor-zeroset, ∀∃-axiomatizability), does not solve; OPEN | NO |
| Houdayer-Marrakchi (2511.11409) — referee-surfaced | Equivalence (trivial bicentralizer ⟹ selfless); does NOT resolve; OPEN; carrier-FRIENDLY if resolved | NO |
| Reverse-WW (2602.11806, GR from RG) | Dirichlet-fixed UV metric; evade-not-invert; no class-separating observable | NO |
| Net-naturality / GMA / Hong Liu review (2510.07017) | No theorem; encode-only AdS/CFT survey | NO |
| DESI five-year w(z) | NEW EVENT: survey complete April 2026, results 2027; bears on TARGET not wager | NO — clock advanced, not ticked |
The one genuinely-new event (DESI completion) is verified-real but target-relevant and pre-verdict. The one genuinely-new paper (2606.17983) is encode-pattern. No carrier, net-naturality theorem, or reverse-WW witness exists.
Defect found (non-verdict-bearing)
The finder asserted "No Houdayer-Marrakchi general-resolution paper exists." My independent sweep surfaced arXiv:2511.11409 (Houdayer & Marrakchi, 14 Nov 2025, v2 1 May 2026) — a Houdayer-Marrakchi paper DOES exist. I fetched it: it proves the equivalence (separable III_1 factor with trivial bicentralizer ⟹ selfless), the equivalence Ando-Goldbring later extends; it does NOT resolve the bicentralizer problem, which remains OPEN. So the finder's verdict-bearing claim (no general RESOLUTION exists; OPEN) is correct; only the existence sub-claim is false. Bind: restate as "no Houdayer-Marrakchi (or any) RESOLUTION exists; both 2511.11409 (selfless-equivalence) and 2605.12776 (model-theoretic reformulation) leave it OPEN." Crucially, per the iter-11 binding fact, trivial bicentralizer is the carrier-FRIENDLY condition, so even a resolution could not close the no-go — the defect cannot rescue the attack.
No-go / extraordinary-claim red-team — CLEAN
No carrier closes; no reverse-WW witness; no generative construction; no metric/signature smuggle (the 2606.17983 dS signature is criticality-inherited); no sixth route. The extraordinary-claim gate does not fire. Consistent with the iter-3 encode/generate criterion, iter-7 η_0 vacuity, iter-8 net no-go, iter-9 naturality/reverse-WW=carrier identity, iter-10 commutant-gap null, iter-11/12/13 bicentralizer corrections, and the encoding screen.
Net
The break-attempt was honest and well-aimed — the non-Hermitian-criticality angle is the best new shot at Pillar 3 available in mid-2026 — and it FAILS for a web-verified reason: it lands inside the encoding screen. The external channels are advancing toward but not past their decision points. Pillar 3 survives its strongest assault; terminal analytical saturation holds, now stress-tested against the freshest literature. No fabrication; no carrier; verdict unchanged (13th consecutive). One non-verdict-bearing citation-precision bind on the Houdayer-Marrakchi existence sub-claim.
